Great service from the entire team when they diagnosed and repaired my wife's vehicle. Had taken the vehicle to 3 separate service shops, including a dealership, and they were unable to diagnose the charging problem or had misdiagnosed the problem completely!!. Took it to Clavet Service and not only did they diagnose and repair the vehicle correctly the first time, the invoice was reasonable - no sticker shock!! They communicated with us through the entire process and explained all repairs in detail in advance before initiating any repairs. They then followed up several days later to make certain that the vehicle was repaired correctly. Oh, and did I mention that they had delivered a courtesy vehicle to us in the city??
